Purchase and Shipping Confirmation
When placing your order, please make sure that your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an electronic invoice in your designated email address. The electronic invoice will contain your order number, the total amount paid, and your shipping tracking information.
We ship Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 02:00 PM Hong Kong Time (HKT) will begin processing that day. Orders placed after 02:00 PM HKT will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on a holiday will begin processing the next business day.
We use a third-party shipping service to fulfill your orders.

Shipping shall generally be for your account subject to promotional offers from time to time.
We offer free shipping to Hong Kong and Singapore until further notice. Should the courier of your choice only offer their services as Delivery Duty Unpaid, these charges shall be for your account.
Taxes and Custom Duties
Taxes, customs fees, and tariffs, shall be for your account. We have no control over these charges which may vary based on the jurisdiction where your delivery address is located.
You may return your order within 7 calendar days from the date of your receipt, unless otherwise provided. Any item returned after 7 calendar days of receipt is not eligible for a refund. To facilitate product returns, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject title “Return” and we will coordinate with you regarding the return of your order. Please note that shipping charges shall be for your account. It is extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit.
All returned products are subject to our inspection. The packaging (e.g. shoe box, protective dust bags, tissue, and foam) is considered a part of the product and products returned without any of its components may be sent back to you. If a returned product has no errors or faults, we will also send the product back to you. We are not responsible for returns until they are received in our designated address.
We will not accept returns for any products that have been worn, exposed to damaging elements, or soiled or damaged through wear and tear. All products should be carefully checked before they are tried on or any packing is disposed of to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. All products should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in protective dust bags provided. For our shoes, do not remove the protective sole covering until you are certain that you are keeping them.
If you receive a product in a damaged state or if it does not match your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
All undamaged and correctly returned products will be credited to your account excluding taxes, customs duties, and shipping charges if any. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used in the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their varying processing times.
We currently do not accept exchanges, unless otherwise provided. Please refer to our size guide to ensure proper fit. We encourage you to process the return of the unworn item. You may then proceed to purchase the correct item in a new order
We may change the Shipping and Returns Policy from time to time. Any changes shall be posted on this page.
