How do I make a purchase?

To make a purchase, visit The Collection to browse our current styles. Once you’ve made your selection, proceed to Checkout and fill out the required details. Please note that the indicated price does not include taxes, fees and charges of the applicable law, which shall be for your account. 

 

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to create an account to place an order. However, we do recommend setting one up to allow you to keep track of your information and order history.

 

How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Once you’ve successfully placed your order, we’ll send over an electronic invoice to the email address you provided us with. The electronic invoice will include your order number, total amount paid, and your shipping tracking information.

 

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment by credit card or PayPal. Please note that we use third party tools (e.g. Stripe, Inc. or PayPal Inc.) with secure encryption and strict banking standards to process payments. If the respective providers of the third-party tool refuses to authorize a payment, we cannot fulfill your order and we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver. We do not store any credit card numbers.
Is my personal information kept private?
Your personal information is very important to us. Rest assured that all personal information will be kept private and confidential, and that we will never give out any of your information without your consent. Can I change my order details?
You may change your order details depending on the status of your order. Please email us at info@allieshoes.com with the subject “Change Order Details”. Please note that you can’t modify the delivery address once we’ve dispatched your order.
How long will it be before I receive my order?
We expect your order to arrive within 3 to 7 business days from the time your payment details have been verified and approved.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to the following countries in Asia: Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, and Thailand. We also offer free shipping to Hong Kong and Singapore. We’re working on bringing Allie Shoes to the rest of the world.
 
Will there be additional duties or taxes payable on my purchase?
 Yes, payment of import duties and taxes shall be for your account. Unfortunately, Allie Shoes has no control over these charges which vary based on the jurisdiction where your delivery address is located.
