As much as any other part of your body, you want to make sure your feet look and feel good. Here are three ways to keep them in tip top shape.

If you want to go all out you can combine it with a foot scrub or pedicure. You can choose whether its a dry oil massage or with lotion. Not only is this a deeply relaxing experience but it helps to improve circulation in your feet. Because just like any other muscle, your feet can get knots and tense, especially if you spend a lot of time on the go. 

 

While these things might seem indulgent, all of them can be done at home. We’re big advocates of treating yourself but that doesn’t mean you need to break the bank. These are tips we recommend including in your routine because it will improve the appearance and feel of your feet. But one of the most important ways to care for your feet is to wear the right shoes. Make sure they are comfortable and mold to the shape of your feet with every wear. The shoe should fit your foot, not the other way around.
